About Me

I have always had a fascination with the human experience and empathized with those who struggled with mental health issues. After previously working in a variety of fields including sales, education, and hospitality, I transitioned and immersed myself extensively into the field of mental health and recognized the need and value to have available treatment for mental health services. I returned to graduate school and received my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lynn University. I began my training at an inpatient facility that specializes in moderate to severe mental health disorders. I have also served as Clinical Director at a facility focused on substance use/dual diagnosis. My clinical approach is that you feel validated, understood and heard. To achieve this I use an integrated evidenced-based approach adapted to the individual's needs. This includes using concepts from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
